Do our true natures come out in crises? Are we wired to care for each other? Are we wired to build community?

Real Wealth of Portland has partnered with First Unitarian’s Sewell Lecture Series: Speaking of Justice to bring Rebecca Solnit to town THIS THURSDAY October 28th at 7pm. Admission is sliding scale $0-10 with book signing and social justice fair following the talk.

The question we are asking is… Given Solnit’s findings and our own experiences, how can we best build the types of communities we desire??
